My family is one of the conventional ones and I used to follow some strict rule and regulations set by my parents and grandparents. It used to be a rule for me and my siblings to go for exercise in the playground nearby after getting up in the morning. I still follow the rules and these are really very effective for me. I still believe that it is a healthy habit and supplies energy for rest of the day. Though, it was a conventional family, yet, my families members are quite open-minded. I have never seen the women of my family to be captured in the boundaries of the kitchen only.
